Flexibility is a necessity in today's business and that's why we offer THREE accounting options.

At my Office

This option is perfect for a Tradesman, Sub Contractor or a Small Business that issues manual invoices to their customers and has a relatively small number of supplier invoices each month. All the invoice books, bills and bank statements are either collected, delivered or express posted, so the parcel can be tracked.

I process your accounts at suitable intervals, determined by an initial consultation with you. I use MYOB software, you will receive monthly reports including bank reconciliations, profit and loss and balance sheet reports for you to keep track your business operations. All your original paperwork will be filed in a personal company file and remains your property.

At the end of each quarter I will also prepare your Business Activity Statement for lodgment with the Australian Taxation Office.

At the end of the financial year all your accounts data will be provided to you on CD ready for your accountant for the preparation of your business taxation. This information may also be emailed (determined by the size of the accounting file).

At your Office

As your bookkeeper I come to your office. After an initial consultation to determine your requirements, we will customise an appointment schedule that will ensure that your accounts are managed professionally.

I will process your accounts on your software. I can do as much or as little as required by your business. I am happy to work in with other office staff and support where required.

I can assist with setting up office procedures, filing systems, etc to ensure that your office runs like a well oiled machine.

At the end of the financial year all your accounts data will be provided to you on CD ready for your accountant for the preparation of your business taxation. This information may also be emailed (determined by the size of the accounting file).

and On-Line  MYOB Live Accounts

Online accounts solution can provide the most flexibility for your business.

It allows you to have control of your accounts, you can log into the accounts at any time to process your customer invoices, receive customer payments and attend to any other business that you require.

It also allows me as your bookkeeper to log in to the accounts and process your bank statement transactions such as supplier payments, expense payments and bank reconciliations.

The other benefit is that your accountant can also access your file directly to process any journals that they may require for End of Financial Year taxation reporting.

Your accountant has instant access to your up to date accounts at any time, they will be more readily able to assist you with the provision of accurate business planning advice.
